At OEV, you won’t find confusing class options or competing programs. We offer one unified training program with two scalable versions to match your fitness level and experience.

PERFORMANCE

FITNESS

Guided by RPE: Rate of Perceived Exertion

Every OEV workout includes a recommended RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) – a scale from 1 to 10 that helps you train at the right intensity based on how your body feels.

  • RPE 5–6: Light to moderate effort (ideal for recovery days)
  • RPE 7–8: Challenging but sustainable (our most common training zone)
  • RPE 9–10: All-out effort (used for peak intensity workouts and benchmarks)

This approach helps you avoid burnout, recover properly, and make consistent progress week after week.

To keep your training balanced and effective, our program rotates through five distinct CrossFit-inspired workout types every week. Each one builds a different aspect of fitness and prepares you for the real world.

EFFORT
