At OEVFITNESS we offer athletes the opportunity to schedule a free individual goal review or goal setting session with a coach every 90 days to discuss what their goals are and figure out a plan for us to help you get there.
These can be big picture life goals like having more energy, being able to do more things with your family, create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle, to more specific goals such as dropping body fat %, getting double unders, deadlifting twice your body weight…
Whatever your goals are, the OEVFITNESS team is here to help get you there.
A goal review session is your opportunity to not only figure out your goals, but to actually discuss them, write them down, and to have someone else on your side to help hold you accountable to those goals.
A goal review session can be scheduled every 3 months for each OEVFITNESS Athlete.
