Assist in...

...retention of existing clients through amazing customer service, personal training sessions, group sessions

...promotion of all internal offers (both supplements and internal specialty programs) and internal events held by the business by announcing them with the intention of getting clients excited before AND after every session. Not done as an afterthought.

...acquiring new customers through targeted referral questions at both internal events and before and after workouts and through digital interactions on social media and texts.

...Keeping a spotless facility (training floor).

...Using software required by our management team to keep detailed files of members and payroll

...connecting with members outside of the facility with online forums of social media such as facebook, instagram, ect.

...demonstrating extreme attention to detail both assessing body mechanics and private files up to date of members 

...obtain several certifications and go through onboarding training portal and testing to understand the business promotions and offerings of programs.


Must be high energy. Must not be selfish or self-centered. Must be a team player. Must understand that this is a business and in order to help people and provide for all employees, it must be profitable. Must have sales aptitude (meaning not afraid to ask clients to do things). Must LOVE appreciating customers and giving them an amazing experience to actually retain them and keep them coming back. Must give EXCEPTIONAL service. Must greet all Challengers and Members BY NAME. If you don't know their name, ask for it and remember it. Understanding that the reason is it called work is because the position requires WORK.


You will be required to possess a minimum of your CrossFit Level 1 Certification for this position.


  1. Set up workouts. Be at the facility and ready to go 10 mins prior to each workout.

  2. Must know internal promotions of the week so it sounds smooth when presenting it to the clients

  3. Demonstrate all exercises prior to having anyone start.

  4. Try and engage with every customer as many times as possible

  5. Show don’t tell. Demonstrate when someone is having issues.

  6. Emphatically greet all new people walking in the door within 10 seconds (people love to hear their own name)

  7. Manage Communication with the clients assigned to you
